Wachtebeke

Wachtebeke is a municipality located in the Belgian province of East Flanders. The municipality only comprises the town of Wachtebeke proper. On January 1st, 2000 Wachtebeke had a total population of 6,809 (3,351 males and 3,458 females). The total area is 34.81 km² which gives a population density of 195.60 inhabitants per km².
