Vlaams Blok

Vlaams Blok is a right wing Flemish nationalist political party which rejects the state of Belgium, calling for political independence for the Flemish part of the country. It tends to also campaign on 'euronationalist' themes such as immigration. It is led by Filip de Winter[?]. It made large electoral gains at the expense of the CDV in the 2003 elections.

The party has been characterised by the international media as being neo-nazi and racist in nature.
