Vic Fleming

Victor A. Fleming, known as Vic Fleming, is an American lawyer and author, born in Jackson, Mississippi. A graduate of Davidson College[?] with a law degree from the University of Arkansas[?], Fleming is a district court judge in Little Rock, Arkansas, well known for his innovative measures against drunk driving.

He is also noted as an author of (and public speaker on) legal humor, including regular columns in bar publications and three books of legal anecdotes. The first of them. Real Lawyers Do Change Their Briefs [ISBN 0-914546-82-1], included a foreword by Hillary Rodham Clinton and Governor Bill Clinton.

He and his wife Susan have two children: Elizabeth and Ted.
