Verdon Township is a township located in Aitkin County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 44.

Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 93.8 km² (36.2 mi²). 92.4 km² (35.7 mi²) of it is land and 1.3 km² (0.5 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.44% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 44 people, 23 households, and 14 families residing in the township. The population density is 0.5/km² (1.2/mi²). There are 44 housing units at an average density of 0.5/km² (1.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the township is 95.45% White, 2.27% African American, 0.00% Native American, 2.27% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 23 households out of which 4.3% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.2% are married couples living together, 0.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 34.8% are non-families. 34.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 13.0% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
