Veere

Veere (population: 22,000) is a town in the southwestern Netherlands, on Walcheren in the province of Zeeland. The municipality covers an area of 134.96 km² (of which 103.45 km² water).

The municipality of Veere also includes the following towns, villages and townships: Aagtekerke[?], Biggekerke[?], Domburg[?], Gapinge[?], Grijpskerke[?], Koudekerke[?], Meliskerke[?], Oostkapelle[?], Serooskerke[?], Vrouwenpolder, Westkapelle[?], Zoutelande[?].
