VANK

VANK, Voluntary Agency Network of Korea is a South Korean organization made up of volunteers.

VANK is known to webmasters dealing with Korea as protesters. The members aggressively send e-mails to a website that contains what they think is "wrong" until the webmaster withdraws it.
