Hello, I'm a high school senior, almost ready to graduate. My interests include biology, science in general, math, science fiction and fantasy, computer games, and music. I intend to be a bioengineer. Despite all that, I'm female.

I have experience working in labs at the local university. I was the copy editor of the yearbook this year, so I do have some basic writing skills. I welcome any and all comments, since I'm new to Wikipedia and don't quite know what I'm doing yet. I'm excited about the idea of an open content encyclopedia, though, and about the chance for an ordinary person like me to contribute.
