I am thinking if the keywords needs to be distinguished when they're lower or upper case.

I noticed that it's a different topic when the keyword is e.g. Gnu or GNU.

In this special case of Gnu/GNU the opportunity to distinguish is not used. (Means Gnu forwards to GNU) Is it used somewhere else?

Comments appreciated... (s. CamelCase, Capitalization)
