I am a biochemical engineer in a US government lab. I am interested in the processing and modification of agricultural commodities, particular the protein portion of these commodities. My current reseach is the in the non-food/feed utilization of meat and bone meal, which is a by-product of the rendering industry.

I am also interested in independently produced comics, underground hip-hop, geneology[?], stand-up comedy, sex and drugs.
