Currently my own two sites are down, but I'm hoping to have them back up soon:
JamesMunroe.com (http://www.jamesmunroe.com/)
Harmonic Sphere home page (http://www.harmonicsphere.com/)

A small selection of the many sites I find personally interesting:
Portland Pattern Repository (http://www.c2.com/cgi/wiki?WelcomeVisitors) wiki -- where it all began
Wired Magazine (http://www.wired.com/)
MIT's Open Courseware site (http://ocw.mit.edu/global/all-courses)
MIT's Blogdex (http://blogdex.media.mit.edu)
How Stuff Works (http://www.howstuffworks.com/)
New Scientist (http://www.newscientist.com/)
ScienceDaily (http://www.sciencedaily.com/)
Scientific American (http://www.sciam.com/)
