You apparently do not realize that the page you have been editing is actually the English language Wikipedia. There is not yet an Arabic version of Wikipedia--we haven't set one up yet.

I understand what happened. You went to the International Wikipedia page and listed http://öar.wikipedia.com/ as the web address for the future Arabic Wikipedia. When you saw that that address was clickable, you went to it and started editing that page. However, http://öar.wikipedia.com/ simply redirects to http://www.wikipedia.com -- therefore, when you edit http://öar.wikipedia.com/ , you are actually editing the English language Wikipedia HomePage. You evidently didn't realize this, which must have been very frustrating for you.
