Discovered Wikipedia Aug 07 2002; I think I'm addicted already ...
My homepage (hopelessly out of date) is here (http://brendan.sphosting.com)
To do list
- Add some more content to Nigel Hawthorne (when I've read his autobiog)
- nueva cancion (what it is, cultural and political signifcance at least)
- Leo McKern (full filmography, bit more biographical data)
- James Bond (talk about NSNA/Blofeld/Thunderball copyright thing, more thorough girls listing ...)
- Iain Banks (State of the Art contents list, entries for mainstream books and plot summary for AaDB.)
- History section for crosswords article. (BTW, can anyone tell me how to make a crossword grid in HTML less clumsily than I've done it there?)
- handle the interpretation better on Wigner's friend.
- try and write a companion piece to mathematical formulation of quantum mechanics that explains it in "layman's terms" (ie, no scary bra-ket notation, etc. Possibly lots of pretty pictures of Fourier decompositions will be necessary ...)
- ultraviolet catastrophe (someone suggested on Talk:Quantum mechanics that it should be explained what led Planck to quantisation, and it seems like a good idea.)
