I am a psychiatrist. I have read widely, taught some and written occasionally on the history of psychiatry. I maintain a website called Case Histories from the History of Psychiatry [[1] (http://members.cox.net/edbrown/)], which bears a slight resemblance to Wikipedia.

An interest in the Web as a mode of conveying information drew me to Wikipedia.
