US 3rd Infantry Division
The 3rd Infantry Division (Mechanized) (Rock of the Marne) is a United States Army infantry division based at Fort Stewart, Georgia, and Fort Benning, Georgia[?]. The unit is currently part of the 2003 invasion of Iraq and, during World War II, was part of Operation Shingle, in Italy.
