Upper Rhine

Upper Rhine (http://www.upperrhine.com/) is the part of the Rhine that flows between Basel and Bingen[?].

(Rhine-kilometers 170 to 529, measured beginning in Konstanz (0 km) and ending in Rotterdam (1030 km).)

"Upper Rhine" means "Haut-Rhin" in French and is also the name of a French département in the Alsace region.
