Unschooling

Unschooling is an increasingly popular home education method. Rather than forcing children to learn what is assumed to be best for them, parents act as facilitators who help children find the resources they need for following their own interests.

For more information, see http://www.unschooling.com/. A popular book about homeschooling is The Teenage Liberation Handbook.
