Unaussprechlichen Kulten

Unaussprechlichen Kulten (German, roughly "nameless cults", more precise "Of cults whose names may not be spoken") is a non-existing book, said to be written by Friedrich von Junzt[?]. It is also sometimes called "The Black Book".

The first mention of the book occurs in Robert E. Howards story "The Children of the Night" as Nameless cults. H. P. Lovecraft then tried to find a German name for it, and August Derleth finally came up with Unaussprechlichen Kulten, although the German is slightly wrong. Like the Necronomicon, it is mentioned in several stories from Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos line.

Unaussprechlichen Kulten is also a death metal band ([1] (http://www.unaussprechlichenkulten.cjb.net/)).
