Ugol's law

Harry Ugol[?] made a famous observation on the Usenet newsgroup alt.sex.bondage, relating to sexual kinks[?] and fetishes. It can be paraphrased as "If you ever ask 'am I the only one who has this kink?' the answer is invariably 'no'". This adage has come to be known as Ugol's law.
