Turnhout

Turnhout is a municipality located in the Belgian province of Antwerp. The municipality only comprises the city of Turnhout proper. On January 1st, 2000 Turnhout had a total population of 38,596 (18,933 males and 19,663 females). The total area is 56.63 km² which gives a population density of 681.55 inhabitants per km².
