A Tsarina, Czarina, Czaritza or Tsaritza, is a female Tsar or Empress.

The last Tsarina was Alexandra of Hesse who was married to Nicholas II of Russia.

A number of Tsarina's were the main rulers of Russia including Catherine I Catherine the Great and Elizabeth
