Tricorn centre

Tricorn Centre is a shopping center in Portsmouth designed by Owen Luder. Plans have been made for its demolition.

Opponents of demolition argue that this 'modernist/brutalist[?]' structure, while sadly undermaintained, is still salvagable with the work of ingenious designers and a long term city plan.
