Not much progress digesting Michael Polanyi's book Personal Knowledge: Towards a Post-Critical Philosophy since my last update (/w/wiki.phtml?title=User:Tim_Chambers&oldid=1105169). It's a fascinating approach to the philosophy of science. I still want to incorporate what I've learned into the 'pedia.

As if I didn't have enough philosophy to learn, I'm intrigued by David Chalmers' paper, "Facing Up to the Problem of Consciousness (http://www.u.arizona.edu/~chalmers/papers/facing)" and the Web links from there.

Every so often I write in my Kuro5hin diary (http://www.kuro5hin.org/user/tbc/diary).

I still manage to pop in every now and then and drop a factoid or two into the 'pedia.

Discussion about Wikipedia has moved to the metapedia (http://meta.wikiepedia.com/). So visit my user page (http://meta.wikipedia.com/wiki.phtml?title=user:tbc) for more personal details.

My "home" page for all wikis used to be at wikiweb.com; however, the company owner shut off free service on June 30, 2001. What providence! It forced me to seek alternatives, the Wikipedia. I'm now in intellectual nirvana. This is now my home wiki. I started a wiki about Anglicanism at wikiweb.com. It's archived at http://www.divide.net/tbc/wiki/Anglicanism/. Someday I hope to move content to the Wikipedia under the Anglican Church page.
