The Linux Router Project

The Linux Router Project began as a "linux-on-a-floppy" distribution. Using hardware that would be generally considered too old or slow for desktop use, this project allows the creation of powerful router functionality from read-only media that can easily be rebooted should it's veracity be in doubt. The original distribution was based on the GNU/Linux Debian distibution.

The LRP project has grown to encompass several high quality distributions ranging from single floppy to CD-rom size.
