The Birds

The Birds is a 1963 horror film by Alfred Hitchcock, based on a short story by Daphne Du Maurier, who also wrote the novel Hitchcock's film Rebecca was based on. In the film, various kinds of birds attack Bodega Bay, California, a seaside village. The film stars Tippi Hedren[?] and Rod Taylor[?].

The script was written by Evan Hunter, bettter known as crime fiction novelist Ed McBain[?].
