Tetsuya Mizuguchi

Tetsuya Mizuguchi was born in 1965 in Hokkaido. He currently works for SEGA, and is the man behind such hits as the Sega Rally[?] series, Space Channel 5 and REZ. His current position is Chief Creative Officer of United Game Artists[?].
