Ogg Tarkin is a video codec under development by Xiph[?] and it is part of the Ogg umbrella group of multimedia products. Tarkin is estimated to be released in summer 2003 or nearby. Other products in Ogg family includes audio codec Ogg Vorbis and Ogg Theora.
