why the apostrophe in hallowe`en? i looked at the external links, and they appeared as halloween.

That's how I'd spell Hallowe'en - if the American way is Halloween, then it should be that way, since Eric Raymond/Microsoft are American.

There is already an article called Halloween documents. We should join the pages together and set up a redirect. -Guppie
