Talk:Four Freedoms (software)

How about an inherently disambiguated name such as Four Freedoms of software[?] or Four Freedoms of free software[?]? It really isn't necessary to always parenthetically disambiguate terms. Who wants to type [[Four Freedoms (software)|Four Freedoms]] each time they want to make a direct link? BTW, is this term always capitalized in English? --maveric149

Or even better, why have a separate article at all? The idea was created wholly by Stallman, and only exists in the context of the FSF, so it sould simply be part of the article about the FSF. Let's not pretend that these have anything to do with the field of software in general. -- Lee Daniel Crocker

Yup, I second that. Just because something happens to have a name does not warrant an encyclopedia article. I would put it into free software though, to describe RMS's notion of freedom. AxelBoldt
