Talent

Talent is the substance that a person or group has that sets them apart from other people. It usually refers to a single subject and is usually a rather subjective process. If someone is yet to reveal their talent, say because of shyness, diplomatic reasons or other, they are known as sleepers. Although sleepers may be revealed to have talent, they can't have as much talent as talented people due to the simple reason that everytime they join a group they start off as 'non-talented'. A party piece may be also known as a talent.
