There are 421 housing units at an average density of 11.7/km² (30.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 98.17% White, 0.31% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.53% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There are 142 households out of which 26.8% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 59.2% are married couples living together, 2.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 36.6% are nonfamilies. 30.3% of all households are made up of individuals and 13.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.30 and the average family size is 2.87.
