Svend Aage Madsen (1939 - ) is a
danish author. He studied
mathematics before he began writing novels.
Most of his novels combines to one big Chronicle of the heir of characters living in and around Aarhus.
A returning trait in his books is that the people depicted in his books face some sort of extreme situation, which brings forth a philosphical[?] theme to the novel.
