Surveyor 4 was the fourth lunar lander in the Surveyor program.

Launched July 14, 1967; landed July 17, 1967
Weight on landing: 625 lbs

This spacecraft crashed, after an otherwise flawless mission profile, telemetry contact was lost 2.5 minutes from touchdown.
