Supreme Chancellor Valorum

Supreme Chancellor Valorum is a fictional character from Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. He was the Supreme Chancellor before Queen Padme Amidala gave him a vote of "no confidence". He was subsequently replaced by Palpatine.
