Superplasticity

A phase where solid material is deformed beyond its usual breaking point. Such a state can be achieved as a result of high temperature and/or pressure.
In a state of superplasticity, solid matter can exhibit certain hydrodynamic qualities without becoming an actual liquid.

An example of this state is the behavior of the metal forming the lining of a HEAT round.
