Stratovarius

Stratovarius is a Finnish power metal band that was active throughout the 1980s, finally recording in 1989. Fright Night[?] was popular in Japan. The band's success outside of Japan has been limited, though Visions[?] (1997) gained the band a significant American following. The current line-up is Jens Johanssen[?], Timo Tolkki[?], Jari Kainulainen[?] and Timo Kotipelto[?]. Their latest album is 2001's Intermission[?].
