Stolichnaya is a
Russian vodka produced from
winter wheat in Russia's oldest distillery, using what the company says are pure glacial waters. It is filtered through quartz sand, then activated charcoal, and finally through quartz sand again. It is affectionately called
Stoli.
In Russian, "vodka stolichnaya" is any unflavored vodka.
