Stephen Harper

Stephen Harper, (April 20, 1959) Canadian politician, was born in Toronto, Ontario.

Harper served with the Reform Party of Canada as a founding member.

He replaced Stockwell Day as elected as leader of the Canadian political party Canadian Alliance on March 20th, 2002.
