State Fair is the title of a

1945 musical
remake starring
Jeanne Crain,
Dana Andrews, and
Charles Winninger[?], and also of a
1962 remake of the musical starring
Pat Boone,
Bobby Darin, and
Ann-Margret.
The 1933 film was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture; it has some scenes that would have been censored out a few years later. The 1945 film won an Academy Award, for Best Song, for It Might As Well be Spring by Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II.
