St. Marys is a city located in Warren County, Iowa. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 134.

Geography St. Marys is located at 41°18'26" North, 93°44'10" West (41.307271, -93.736082)1.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 134 people, 49 households, and 36 families residing in the city. The population density is 369.6/km² (968.3/mi²). There are 49 housing units at an average density of 135.1/km² (354.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 1.49% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 49 households out of which 46.9% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 61.2% are married couples living together, 8.2% have a female householder with no husband present, and 26.5% are non-families. 24.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 10.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older.
