St. Joe is a town located in Searcy County, Arkansas. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 85.

Geography St. Joe is located at 36°1'44" North, 92°48'44" West (36.028892, -92.812324)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.0 km² (0.8 mi²). 2.0 km² (0.8 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 85 people, 41 households, and 23 families residing in the town. The population density is 43.2/km² (111.8/mi²). There are 50 housing units at an average density of 25.4/km² (65.7/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 92.94% White, 0.00% African American, 4.71% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 2.35% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 41 households out of which 24.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 39.0% are married couples living together, 14.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 41.5% are non-families. 39.0% of all households are made up of individuals and 12.2% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.07 and the average family size is 2.67.
