Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell is a stealth-based video game, developed by Ubi Soft[?], that follows the activities of American special ops Sam Fisher as he does all manner of climbing, tiptoeing, jumping, and sniping. The premise of the game involves Georgia and its newly elected president Kombayn Nikoladze who starts an information crisis in America and its "army of scarecrows". Sam's job is to solve this crisis and find Nikoladze.
