South Red River Township is a township located in Kittson County, Minnesota. As of the 2000 census, the township had a total population of 23.

Geography According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 46.1 km² (17.8 mi²). 45.5 km² (17.6 mi²) of it is land and 0.6 km² (0.2 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 1.35% water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 23 people, 8 households, and 7 families residing in the township. The population density is 0.5/km² (1.3/mi²).
