mathematics, the
solution point is a
point which satisfies the requirements of an
equation. For example: in 4
x +
y = 9; (2,1) is a solution point because if
x = 2 and
y = 1...8 + 1 = 9. Some equations have no solution points; such as,
x4 +
y2 = −6.
