Software Engineering Institute

The Software Engineering Institute (SEI) is located in the Carnegie-Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA. They publish books on software engineering for government and military applications and practices. They are most famous for the Software Capability Maturity Model, or "CMM", which identify "mature" software engineering.
