Sint-Agatha-Berchem (Dutch) or Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (French) is one of the nineteen municipalities located in the Brussels Capital Region of Belgium. On January 1st, 2000 the municipality had a total population of 18,735 (8,705 males and 10,030 females). The total area is 2.90 km² which gives a population density of 6,460.34 inhabitants per km².
