Silent Majority

Silent Majority was the first rap group that came out on the Sens Unik label Unik Records[?]. Based in Geneva and Lausanne, their music is a mixture of jazz and rap. MC Nya and R.Test (now known as Dynamike) sung lyrics in French, English and Swahili.

They came out with two Albums, La Majorite Silencieuse (1993) and Curfew (1994/95). Silent Majority never officially broke up, but they stopped releasing albums in the mid 90's. Dynamike joined Sens Unik for their 1998 album and also released his solo album in 2001, which was highly regarded. MC Nya claimed worldwide fame as guestrapper of Erik Truffaz on Blue Note Records. DJ Goo (aka LeGooster) also claimed worldwide fame with his trip hop records.

Silent Majority[?] is also a harness racing horse.
