Siim Kallas

Siim Kallas (born 2.10.1948 in Tallinn) is an Estonian politician. Leader of the right wing Estonian Reform Party.

  • 1991-95: President of the Bank of Estonia
  • 1995-96: minister of Foreign Affairs.
  • 1999 -2002: minister of Finance
  • 2002-2003 Prime minister.
