Sibley is a city located in Barnes County, North Dakota. As of the 2000 census, the city had a total population of 46.

Geography Sibley is located at 47°12'53" North, 97°57'55" West (47.214858, -97.965218)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.1 km² (0.0 mi²). 0.1 km² (0.0 mi²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 46 people, 23 households, and 14 families residing in the city. The population density is 444.0/km² (1,053.4/mi²). There are 59 housing units at an average density of 569.5/km² (1,351.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the city is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 23 households out of which 21.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 47.8% are married couples living together, 13.0% have a female householder with no husband present, and 39.1% are non-families. 34.8% of all households are made up of individuals and 17.4% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.00 and the average family size is 2.57.
