Sean Stanek

Sean Stanek, is a young but seasoned software engineer, designer and developer of several super-optimized softwares such as MonkeyBalls and the Athlon core for Distributed.net[?]'s RC5 cipher. His specialities include network, encryption, video codec, compression, computer graphics, but most notable is his ability to create optimized software using the x86 Assembly language.

He was born in Des Moines, Iowa where he grew up. He graduated from Iowa State University in 3 years with a degree in Computer Science. During his college career he made it to the ACM world finals in addition to placing 4th in the world at the first TopCoder[?] Collegiate Challenge.

Sean is known for his disagreeing with you no matter what you say. He likes his green tea[?] strong and bitter and he has been rumored to eat tea leaves.
