Seabrook is a town located in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. As of the 2000 census, the town had a total population of 477.

Geography Seabrook is located at 41°34'55" North, 70°29'55" West (41.582070, -70.498618)1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.0 km² (0.4 mi²). 1.0 km² (0.4 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics As of the census of 2000, there are 477 people, 187 households, and 154 families residing in the town. The population density is 497.8/km² (1,300.6/mi²). There are 229 housing units at an average density of 239.0/km² (624.4/mi²). The racial makeup of the town is 99.58% White, 0.21% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.21% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 187 households out of which 25.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.3% are married couples living together, 7.5% have a female householder with no husband present, and 17.6% are non-families. 14.4% of all households are made up of individuals and 5.3% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.55 and the average family size is 2.76.

In the town the population is spread out with 20.5% under the age of 18, 4.0% from 18 to 24, 22.6% from 25 to 44, 26.8% from 45 to 64, and 26.0% who are 65 years of age or older. The median age is 47 years. For every 100 females there are 87.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there are 87.6 males.

The median income for a household in the town is $70,536, and the median income for a family is $78,540. Males have a median income of $50,208 versus $43,646 for females.
